The Rethink Investing Process
1. Introduction. Our residential buyers agents will schedule a meeting via phone or in-person and learn about your property investing goals including outlining your budget and criteria.
2. Access. After paying the sign-up fee you’ll immediately gain access to properties according to your investing criteria.
3. You receive your first property to review. We’ll get feedback from you while we go through the pros and cons of the residential property asset.
4. Assess & Negotiate. We negotiate the best price on your behalf.
5. Secure the property. Once you decide on your residential property we’ll secure it for a 21-day due-diligence period. We’ll provide you with data reports, cross council area checks and flood zone checks. You will also complete finance in this period.
6. Rental management. We manage or connect you with solicitors, brokers, contractors, building and pest inspectors and residential property inspectors.
7. Settlement. You complete the transaction and start collecting rent.
