Melissa is an experienced Manager with over 10 years of experience in small to medium business management, particularly in the healthcare industry. Her main areas of expertise are HR management, strategic planning and driving cost reductions in accordance with analysing business needs.
Additionally, Melissa prides herself in building core relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Melissa holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University and outside of work has a passion for fitness previously undertaking Yoga Teacher Training and a Cert IV in fitness.
