Secured off-market and completed over six months, this fully leased, modern mixed-use, commercial & retail centre sits on over 14,000m2 of prime land. The asset includes 23 tenants and collects over $1.4 million in net income each year producing an impressive 7.31% net yield. Our client was looking for a high yielding shopping centre and this large asset was one of the highest yielding properties we could find in a metro capital city location. The original plan was to purchase two of the buildings however we ended up with a third of the building, increasing the tenant count and income per annum considerably.
