Campbell brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on media expertise to the Rethink Group, specialising in building content systems that turn expertise into influence. Before joining Rethink Group, he was the architect behind a leading international thought leader's media presence, owning the content strategy, the custodianship of the brand and its intellectual property, and the data-informed creative direction that defined it. He co-founded and scaled their podcast to over 1.2 million YouTube subscribers in 24 months, securing a major international sponsorship and building it into a commercially profitable production of more than 120 episodes at a weekly cadence. His work sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, creative and distribution: understanding not just what to say, but how ideas travel, scale, compound and build domain authority across platforms.

At Rethink Group, Campbell is responsible for building the media engine behind the Group and its team, translating commercial substance into content that earns attention and trust at scale. He designs the strategy, systems, and standards that enable its media to be produced consistently and well, equipping the wider team to grow Rethink's voice across podcast, video, and social. He treats media as a commercial asset rather than a cost centre: a scalable engine for both personal-brand and podcast growth, built to compound over time.
