Hayley began her career in the insurance broking industry as part of a claims team specialising in both domestic and commercial insurance products. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into the claims process and a deep understanding of how insurance policies respond when clients need them most.
Hayley later joined the Rethink Property Insurance team, where she successfully completed all requirements to become a qualified insurance broker. Hayley is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. She finds great satisfaction in helping clients protect what matters most and making the insurance process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is also a keen singer and performer who plays gigs in her local community whenever she can, combining her love of music with opportunities to connect with others.
