Mina has worked in the operations side of Rethink Investing for many years, providing administrative and operational support across various functions within the business.
She assisted with internal coordination, documentation, and supported the implementation and management of business systems. Mina also helped with internal reporting and the preparation of professional materials.
The main role Mina looks after now is managing the O'Neill family property portfolio, overseeing portfolio strategy, asset performance and long-term portfolio management with a practical, investor-led approach.
