Talia is a Chartered Accountant with over eight years of experience across financial advisory, audit and commercial finance. She brings a well-rounded perspective to financial management, having worked within both leading professional services firms and high-growth commercial environments in Australia and the UK, including most recently at a leading property investment and development group in London.
As Finance Manager at Rethink, Talia oversees the end-to-end finance function – encompassing financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, financial controls, and FP&A – while contributing to the Group's financial strategy and supporting broader business growth initiatives.
With foundations at KPMG and PwC, Talia's expertise lies in embedding strong corporate governance while balancing the financial agility required in a fast-paced environment. She is passionate about driving technology-led process improvements, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and more broadly, being a part of the innovative, vibrant and dedicated team at Rethink.
